And in fact, proven, under the fine-tuned leadership of its manager Carlos Mões, a team of conscientious, friendly and competent employees ... leave us satisfied and contentedly in tune with life.

Then on the coldest of weekends, with the crackling fireplace and those "dangerous men" wielding big knives, it is a special pleasure to see them carve onto our plate the succulent slices of rump cap, filet mignon, ribs with black bean stew and cabbage on the side, as is the rule, plus everything else we deserve, in an orderly and harmonious manner.
